Here are some pictures from several places that I have traveled to. In 2002, I spent the summer in Madrid, Spain doing an internship through Appalachian State University and working for Disney. During 2005, I volunteered to teach English and soccer for local children in Quito, Ecuador.

Traveling the world is such a wonderful opportunity that allows you to experience and see how people with different cultures live, work, and enjoy life.

The challenge & problem PROCESS

Palacio Real, or the royal palace is officially the residence of the royal family and located in Madrid, Spain. It gets very hot in Madrid and fountains can be found all over the beautiful city.

Quito, Ecuador

Quito is the capital of the small country of Ecuador in South America and it is where I lived. Cotopaxi is an active volcano that is quiet a sight to see. Not many students came to the optional English classes that I taught but they all showed up for soccer. Bullfighting is a popular event in Ecuadoe but it was banned in 2011.
